The Week in Review

Pretty much, each week will follow the same kind of blogging format


  • Monday- Run #1! On Mondays, I'll document my run as usual, while being sure to include anything interesting that happens along the way!
  • Tuesday- Challenge Day! Every Tuesday, I'll add in a new challenge for myself to follow. If you feel you want to do it, too, then go right ahead!
  • Wednesday- Run #2! Exact same as Monday, only it's Wednesday! :D
  • Thursday- Health Check Day! Thursdays will be a nice day to check in on my weight and other random measurements. I'll also update how well I've been keeping up with my different challenges.
  • Friday- Run #3! It's the final run of the week! Fridays will be extra optimistic, because I can rest assured knowing I'm one week closer to finishing the program and running in a 5k race!
  • Saturday- Back and Forth! Saturdays will be a day to review the week (what I liked, and what I didn't like). They will also be a look ahead into the next week, as I will provide any lessons I learned that can help me with the next week's runs.
Sundays are my day off. I won't be blogging, but will instead be spending the day at church with my church family! I encourage you to do the same!
