Motivation



Just starting the wonderful journey of running? Reach a plateau in your workouts that you wanna overcome? Just want some inspiration? You've come to the right page! The following is a list of the most motivating things I've come across while on my journey to fitness. So take a few minutes to get inspired, motivated, and ready to take on the world!

-No matter how slow you go, or how little distance you cover, you are still beating everybody on the couch!

-The feeling you get from running is a lot better than the feeling you get from sitting down for hours on the     couch!
